Students’ Learning Styles in Relation to Service Physical Education Performance

This study aimed to determine the students’ learning styles, whether visual, auditory, or kinesthetic style, in relation their Service Physical Education performance terms of written and practical exam results. The moderating variables age, gender, academic status, religion, course were also considered. was conducted among P.E. students Mindanao State University, Marawi City, officially enrolled during 2nd semester, A.Y. 2015 – 2016. descriptive-correlation 925 respondents (227 male 588 female respondents). VARK Learning Styles Questionnaire developed by Victoria Chislett used assess styles. taken from partial exams. majority were15-18 years old; most female; Tuition Privilege status; Islam believers while others non-Muslim, almost all Bachelor Science (BS) degree pursuers. In it found out that visual learners. With regard performance, received grades 1.0-1.25 excellent exams them rated 1.50-1.75 very good relationship between there no significant relationships with respective p-values 0.272, 0.188, 0.355 independent variable However, status Furthermore, age (p = 0.184), 0.385), religion 0.784), 0.869) not significantly related gender performance.
